How Does Baricitinib 4 mg Work?

Baricitinib is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. It works by blocking the activity of JAK1 and JAK2 enzymes, which are involved in immune-system signalling and inflammation. By reducing these signals, baricitinib helps decrease inflammation, relieve symptoms, and control disease activity.

Precautions
