This combination contains Abacavir and Lamivudine, which are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs), and Dolutegravir, an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI). Abacavir and Lamivudine block the reverse transcriptase enzyme, while Dolutegravir prevents HIV DNA from integrating into human cells.
