Side Effects

• Fatigue
• Low white blood cell count
• Anaemia
• Constipation
• Diarrhoea
• Nausea
• Peripheral neuropathy, including numbness or tingling
• Increased risk of infections

Precautions

• Use only under the supervision of an oncologist.
• Do not use during pregnancy, as the medicine can cause severe birth defects.
• Use effective contraception during treatment and for the recommended period after treatment.
• Regular blood tests are required to monitor blood cell counts.
• Inform your doctor if you have liver disease, kidney disease, or a history of blood clots.
• Tell your healthcare provider about all medicines and supplements you are taking.
• Do not donate blood or sperm during treatment and for the recommended period after stopping the medicine.
