How Does Azacitidine 300 mg Work?

Azacitidine is a hypomethylating medicine that becomes incorporated into the genetic material of abnormal cells. It affects DNA and RNA processes, helps restore the activity of certain genes, and interferes with the growth and survival of cancer cells. These actions help control abnormal blood-cell production and may prolong remission in eligible patients with AML.

Precautions
