How Does NILOTINIB 200 mg Work?

Nilotinib 200 mg works by blocking BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase, an abnormal protein produced by the Philadelphia chromosome. This protein promotes the uncontrolled growth of leukaemia cells. By inhibiting its activity, nilotinib helps slow or stop the growth and multiplication of abnormal blood cells.
